Had originally called for pediatrician appointment but scheduler offered if wanted urgent care visit instead. I did not know that was available so very grateful for that. Easy check in. No wait time was great due to crying infant who just could not be comforted. Very understanding NP and found what was wrong. Would have like discharge paperwork of what reviewed or recommendations. But overall everyone very helpful.

It was a very smooth and efficient visit. Made appointment online and when arrived was seen in a timely manner. My injury was x-rayed and the doctor provided a treatment plan. All personnel were friendly. Overall, a positive experience.

My daughter was seen by the provider, prescribed medication that was picked up from the pharmacy and she's feeling much better! Scheduling online was easy and convenient. I would recommend this location and its pediatric services.

I did a virtual visit and was informed that I needed to go to a clinic. I went in with upper respiratory issues (sinuses, bronchial/chest, etc.) and a bladder infection and was informed that I had too many issues and needed to pick one medical problem! What?! Isn't it most likely all related?! I was informed that I could not get an antibiotic for the sinus infection/bronchitis because they do not do that and was given an inhaler - even though for me, if I get an inhaler without an antibiotic with bronchitis it moves into pneumonia. While I respect medical advice, I am over 50 and know my body and my history. I am double insured - pick one health concern?! I asked for a supervisor to call me but never received a call. Apparently, they do not care about patient concerns regarding the quality
