I really wish I could recommend this place, but after everything we went through, I honestly can’t. If their medical care is anything like the way they handle patients and paperwork, I would strongly suggest looking somewhere else. My mom has memory issues and needs help sooner rather than later. We spent weeks doing everything they asked—lab work, primary care visits, paperwork—just to get a referral to the Banner Alzheimer’s Institute. We even had to pay $50 just to fax the intake forms, because they don’t allow you to drop them off in person. We were told we’d get a call within two weeks to schedule an appointment. Two weeks came and went, and we heard nothing. When we called, the staff (who honestly came across as irritated that we even followed up) told us they needed “more time” fo

Just got finished with my pet scan. Matt was amazing. Everyone was very nice and helpful but Matt made me feel very comfortable and answered the tons of questions I had.

I arrived having concerns about my ability to focus and my family of origin history. I left feeling very relieved about my health situation. Great staff nice facility.

My intake experience with Banner Health was time efficient, all of the staff was friendly and helpful, and the physician I saw was incredibly supportive, friendly and helpful. I left feeling optimistic about the return visit for testing.

This is a great place. Everyone is so nice, considerate, and helpful.
