A Very Shady Business, Outright meant to scam! 1. Non-cooperative, they did not address many of the important things dentist clinics should, often dodging questions or attempts to change topics when asked about procedures 2. Shady about expenses, only bringing it up at the end. Some have stepped forward and claimed, "When they heard about our insurance plan, they completely changed procedures to 'Fish money'." - They also brought up consent and agreement forms in the middle of the session, where the patient was literally in a chair, injected with a numbing anesthetic. In a brief conclusion, it's obvious that this place should generally be avoided due to all of these damning reasons. They are shady, with sudden hidden costs, and often bring up agreement terms during the middle of surgery

My first visit to this dental clinic in late February 2025 for a basic cleaning and X-rays (approx. 40 mins) alarmingly ended with an immediate demand for a $160 co-pay. What followed was even worse. For weeks, I persistently tried to obtain a detailed bill. My calls were often unanswered, emails ignored, and when I did get through, the front desk made excuses, including claiming the staff member who assisted me was "on vacation." This deliberate runaround was incredibly frustrating. When I finally received the bill, it was clear why they were evasive: they had charged me – and my insurance – for Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) for all four quadrants. This is a lengthy procedure I absolutely did not receive and which would have taken significantly longer than my entire 40-minute appointmen

A quick google search about the “Dr” will tell you all you need about this clinic. She has had her license revoked before and I have no idea how this place is back in business. They will do anything to bump up the insurance and disregard your concerns and even act without having your consent.

Dr. Khorsandi has an entirely new staff of kind, friendly, compassionate women. They never fail to make you feel like a friend or family when you come in. I used to have such a fear of the dentist because of my last office. I told Dr. Lui this and she made it a point to be gentle and take her time. The new assistant Nicole is the only assistant beside the Dr. so you get a very one on one experience. Nicole made sure she explained every step of my visit and answered every question i had. All around, i had a wonderful cleaning and would recommend this office a million times over!

They lied about a certain insurance question just so I’d pay in full and not wait till I get better insurance, they don’t offer payment plans either just have you apply for a credit line
