We absolutely love Ballard Pediatric Dentistry! Everyone in the office is so kind and professional. Dr. Mamiko is amazing with kids — she’s patient, gentle, and really takes the time to make them feel comfortable and cared for. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. Jola is wonderful too! She’s so sweet and great at helping kids feel at ease during their visit. The whole office has such a warm and welcoming vibe, and they make what could be a stressful appointment really fun for the kids. I can’t recommend Dr. Mamiko and her team enough — they truly go above and beyond. Thank you BPD!

We've had a decade of amazing care at this Ballard Pediatric Dentistry. My daughter is now 13 and I she needed an extraction due to a growth issue. I just want to say I was so impressed with how Dr Mamiko treated my daughter. She took time to explain everything and I really appreciated her both educating my daughter but also having fun while she did it. Both my daughter and I would highly recommend Dr Mamiko and her team. PS: also The front desk people were courteous and professional.

I’ve been taking my daughter to Ballard Pediatrics Dentistry for five years. My daughter looks forward to her appts - last visit she made the Doctor an origami flower, drew hearts all over it and wrote “thank you for keeping my teeth clean”.

We are incredibly grateful for the care our daughter received in addressing two severe cavities. Dr. Mamiko went above and beyond. She fit us into her schedule when we couldn't get seen for oral surgery at our regular dentist for 2 months. She was very sensitive to our 4yo daughter's pain and followed up with us to ensure antibiotics and tylenol were working while we waited for the surgery. The biggest thing is she took the time to thoroughly explain options to us. Our prior dentist wanted to pull two teeth and hadn't gotten quality xrays (due to child not cooperating well). Dr. Mamiko's staff were very patient and gentle and got great images. Dr. Mamiko counseled us not to pull the teeth because it would create misalignment as adult teeth grew in - something the prior dentist didn't both

Dr. Mamiko is amazing. She makes every visit positive for kids and parents alike. My daughter loves going to the dentist because of how kind the staff is to her.
