I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to tell other people about my experience. I visited this office for my USCIS medical exam, and it turned into the most stressful part of the entire process. The office submitted my medical exam incomplete, leaving out a required section. USCIS did not accept it, and I had to resend everything at my own expense. That particular mistake severely delayed my process. On top of that, the lab billing was mishandled. I never received a bill in the mail—even after stopping by to ask about it and being told, “it will come eventually.” Instead, I was shocked to get a debt collection letter just a few days later.
