Had an absolutely amazing first experience here, the staff is great all around. Dr. Bala was extremely thorough during my consultation, and made sure to work on a plan that meets my personal goals. Janet is the sweetest receptionist I’ve ever met! All the assistant’s were really attentive, and made sure nothing was uncomfortable during the entire process. I’d definitely recommend them for any orthodontic treatment!

The only star this place deserves goes to the front desk staff and the assistants — they are amazing. Now, regarding my experience: I went in for a specific issue and asked whether it would be better to get one type of retainer or another. They insisted there was nothing wrong with the clear retainer, so I trusted their advice and paid around $600. On the day of the appointment, the retainer did not fit properly. I told the owner, but he did not seem to care and left it that way. He was also very rude and treated the assistant poorly — which is not the kind of behavior you expect, especially in front of a customer. It has now been four months, and my teeth are shifting even though I wear the retainer every single day. The advice I received was clearly not worth it. I feel like I may hav

Very friendly staff, easy scheduling, and most importantly great results! I had traditional braces as a teen but I was referred for Invisalign by my current dentist as I had bite issues exacerbating TMJ. I also wanted some minor cosmetic movement. When I was price comparing different providers, I had multiple Invisalign consults elsewhere that admitted they wouldn’t attempt to move any of my back teeth at all, which would not address my bite concerns. I wouldn’t have known to ask about this if I hadn’t had a consult at Bala first! I am glad I went with an orthodontist over a dentist who does simple, cosmetic adjustments only -well worth the slightly higher price point.

My results were amazing, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of.
