Keep in mind this is a private school. You are not protected by due process. My daughter was overheard by disgruntled student calling a staff member a name. She tattled and my daughter was dismissed for unprofessional conduct. Yet there was a student who failed 3 classes which is a dismissal. They would rather have a poor student than a good student who speaks her mind. Also the dean is well past retirement age and not in touch with how young people talk. NO due process. Waste of money and time.

If I could give 0 starts I would. I’m not one to complain but it needs to be said so other students can be warned. Worst experience of my life. They do not care about their nursing students and their only priority is themselves. Please take my advice and think twice before getting enrolled with this school, that’s all I ask!! This refers to the school of nursing specifically. I had the worst experience of my life. I was so excited to finally start and be welcomed since the staff seemed super friendly and caring about their students. Boy was I wrong. Everyday here I felt like the “popular” people were treated with more respect. I never felt cared for here and instead wasted so much money all to be left after spending a year here. They are in it for the money and the students are not a prio

The school did a poor job of teaching the foundations, and they separated study groups into two groups by location. I lived an hour away so I was left out of any study group and given no support expected to fend for myself. The school set me up to fail. Other students came in already knowing clinical skills, living close to the school, some had already had Patho to make their load easier. The school policy is being shown a skill twice then getting two chances then if you fail at two attempts you fail and if that happened twice you are out of the school. I had a 3.3 GPA coming into school and they failed to teach me sterile field. Then I failed Cath by failing sterile field. They just took my 26k and left me with a huge bill. Horrible nursing school. They don’t care about the students at all.
