Avita Pharmacy 1034

I normally don't have problems here as the staff is very kind and helpful. However today I'm very frustrated. I called yesterday and asked them to refill my prescription and told them I'd be there to pick it up "tomorrow afternoon" and I was told that'd be okay. I got a text notification at 2:15 today saying my medication was ready to be picked up so I figured I'd swing by on my way to work. I'm here now at 4:30 only to find out they closed an hour and a half ago for the holiday. I don't have a problem with them closing early but I really wish that had been communicated with me at some point (especially when I verbally spoke with someone yesterday) so I could have come by earlier. Now I can't pick up until Friday (I'm out of my meds and usually take them on Thursdays) and will have to driv

They shorted me on my prescription or marked down the supply amount wrong and now I’m waiting more than a month without medicine for it!! I’m having oanick attackss and I called over two weeks ago I called again and nothing. I’m only in town a few days a month so not even being able to get my supplies now may mean more than what they already shorted me on. I hate it.

Their service is unbelievable. You will never miss a prescription or receive unwantedbprescription. The advise you whe is suppose to getting time to refill, they wait your confirmation and mostly delivery is same day or day after. If you have doubt you just have to call and they will go over your account in Avery kind and polite way. Thank you soo much Avita! You are one of the star in the sky!

Such beautiful humans working here! Been meaning to give this pharmacy a shoutout for some time now! I've had my prescriptions from the KIND clinic (the best) sent to this pharmacy and each month my script is hand delivered, on time. I am reminded, notified, and privileged enough to have them deliver to my doorstep. They truly take care of everything. KIND clinic and Avita Pharmacy are my dream duo. we simply don't deserve y'all! Thanks to everyone at Avita Pharmacy for making this possible for me and so many more throughout the city!
