Absolutely love this place! Always greeted with a smile! It's clean and always smells nice! All the staff I have interacted with are super sweet and very informative. I never have to worry about my loved ones in thier care!

This place literally sucks. They are short staffed. Not our problem. They accepted my loved one full aware of that fact. They don’t take care of my loved ones hygiene. She lays in a soaked bed of urine and she does not get regular showers. Rehab accepts all of her excuses and doesn’t try to get her to the gym for alternative exercises to walking. The equipment is there but they let her lay there and be lazy. There is no clean bedding until the afternoon and pillows are gold there. We absolutely hate this place!

BrightPointe has been a Godsend for my mom that has lived here for 1 year now. We used to live down the street when it was being built from the ground up. It is a beautifully maintained home for our loved ones and run by people who truly treat our loved ones like they are their own family members as well. The staff create such amazing events for the residents, families, and community to keep everyone connected together. The DON has such a creative and decorative touch that she adds to this place that it makes it feel like home to all! The dedication is evident in everything that is done!! When you can walk into a nursing home and it smell fresh, see friendly faces engaged with each other like a normal family, see smiles, see beautiful decorations, and feel the warmth of the love & devotion

The compassionate, professional care they have shown to my mother is unmatched. The facility is immaculate. The staff members go out of their way to be friendly, prompt and helpful.

Went to visit my best friend and it is VISUALLY beautiful inside and outside. However I don't feel like there is enough help and compassion in this establishment. She told me they couldn't shower her because there weren't any towels. Why? She also said it takes forever for anyone to answer her when she calls for help and to be changed. Finally, stealing/going through personal belongings, so very wrong. : (
