According to their website they are "the regions first orthopedic urgent care" (which is not true, Orthopedics of Dutchess County has had one for years), there is also a huge sign in their window that says orthopedic urgent Care however they do not have an orthopedic urgent care. Their Google hours are wrong. I drove all the way there on a Saturday in the snow to be seen for a sprained ankle and they were closed. They were not closed because of the snow, there are hours on the door clearly state that they're closed on Saturdays. They have no hours on their website so you could not compare the Google hours to their stated hours. I called on Monday to make sure they were open due to it being a holiday and they were. My experience at Avalon has been incredible, the ladies infront, especially Wimily, are so helpful and courteous . The Medical Assistants, Juliana and Ardijana, have perfect bed site manner and are friendly ad cheerful. Ending to Check out Iris is the best she assisted me in all appointments . Dr Feliciano , Dr Gupta and Heavens have been amazing in caring for me. I feel like I'm in good hands!

My whole experience with Avalon exceeded my expectations as to cleanliness, promptness, attn to detail from the Dr and staff, but most specifically Jessie R at the front desk. Subsequent to turning 65, I moved from Medicaid to Medicare. My previous coverage was no longer in effect and It was taking weeks for me to figure how to prove medical coverage in order to make an appt at Avalon. Enter Jessie R. She adeptly steered me in the right direction, advising what I needed to provide, where to get it, and how to retrieve it.
