Abby's services were great. I'd recently come off of a severe knee injury, and she was able to combine manual therapy and physical therapy in a very complimentary and effective way. The manual adjustments provided immediate improvements (that I don't think I ever would have achieved with PT exercises alone), and there were plenty of additional PT exercises for me to work on strengthening. She was very kind and engaged in the process of my healing. If you want to get back to activities you love doing, I'd highly recommend her services!

I'm a 47 year old professional aerialist and was referred to Abby by Jill Clayton Dunn, massage therapist and yoga teacher. I had been having chronic hip pain for over a year. I'm always reticent about seeing health care practicitioners about issues like this because they often don't understand what I do as an aerialist and the very particular stresses I put on my body with my job. I loved Abby's obvious enthusiasm for what she does and how she was always so excited to learn more. We experimented together until we found exactly what relieved the pain and then she designed an exercise regimen that led to my first pain-free moments in over a year! In my job, I'm always dealing with new physical issues. I'm so relieved to have a practictioner I know I can rely on!
