This place is GREAT! Kathy runs the front desk like a dream. Nurse Sylvia is knowledgeable, kind and caring. She maintains my 84 y/o mother's feet and my mom actually likes her. She's very critical of who messes with her feet and Dr. Patel & Sylvia pass her test. I met Dr. Patel after 2 achilles reattachments and that surgeon didn't really listen to my concerns and come to find out didn't have the best methods either. Dr Patel is getting me on the right track and has never reacted as if my concerns were insignificant. While I hope to not need any more foot surgeries, should it become necessary I have full confidence that Dr Patel would be able to fix my issue the first time. I'll be a patient as long as I'm around.

Was seeing another doctor at the same location and noticed the practice had just opened this south office. I decided to check if I could get an appointment being I was early for my other appointment. To my surprise they were able to work me in and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Front desk Kathy and doctor Patels assistant Sylvia was amazing and the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my foot problems! Best experience I have had at a doctors office in a long time and would recommend them in good faith to anyone! I can honestly say you will be happy with this decision! Thanks to the doctor and his staff for an amazing experience!

Dr. Nilesh, Mrs. Cathy, and Silvia were always accommodating and efficient! I had a laser treatment for a plantar wart 3 times, and each time went smoothly! Dr. Nilesh and the office remained attentive and considerate of my wart and its progress over several months. Highly recommend!

I visited Dr. Nilesh Patel yesterday at the South Austin location. I have been seeing him regularly for several years and I can only speak highly of him as a person and doctor. I have a lot of foot pain, and he is so gentle when he cuts my nails. I have seen other podiatrists before him, and by comparison, all of the others were butchers. He is the best. His South Austin office is new and very nice and all of the employees are kind, considerate and competent. Dr. Patel's general medical knowledge is excellent and he is willing to discuss anything I desire. Thank you Dr. Patel!

I have known Doctor Patel for many years. His credentials and education speak volumes about his knowledge. He is compassionate and ambitious. His advice has always been on point. I have sought multiple consultations through him over the years. I highly recommend him.
