On 21 October at 1:00pm my son had a braces removal appointment. I asked for the retainer appointment after the braces removal and was denied due to policy. I agreed to sign a waiver explaining their policy regarding retainers but wrote on the form what was verbally spoken. Saha the office manager came from the back, introduced herself then started berating me about signing the forms. Raising her voice, standing over me while I remained seated and calm. I told her I did not want an argument or a confrontation. I had to repeat myself many times until I finally asked if the service was going to be done. Dawn explained the procedure was complete. I took my child out of school early to make it to a 2:00 p.m. appointment. Unfortunately, we were left waiting in the lobby until 2:40 without any update or explanation. While I understand delays can happen, some communication would have been appreciated. It felt like a frustrating waste of time. Overall the service is good.

Easy to find from the road, beautiful office, friendly staff and my son’s retainers were done so fast!

Dr peters told me to do braces to avoid surgery for an underbite and realign my teeth. Wrong. I had gotten braces twice through them with both times being unsuccessful to fix the underbite. He said the surgery was unnecessary. Fast forward a couple years and multiple dentists and orthodontists have recommended surgery due to the fact I could LOSE MY FRONT TEETH because of the way Dr Peters angled my teeth in an attempt to hide the underbite. Now after two sets of braces with Dr Peters, I had to get a third set of braces in order to set everything in place for surgery. Every single orthodontist I have seen after Dr Peters said braces was the wrong solution as it was never going to work, I will never understand what Dr Peters was thinking or doing if he knew it wouldn’t work.

If i could give Dr. Farr a 0 I would. I was in this morning to pick up my retainers. I want to begin by saying none of us are perfect and we all have bad days. But what a normal person does is take a mental health day off which is exactly what , Dr. Farr should have done today. The crass nature in which she treated me, a paid in full customer, was extremely deplorable and reprehensible. My retainer had been broken for a year and I was only replacing it because that is what I was told to do, replace your retainers every 2 to 3 years. She proceeded to very rudely tell me "it's plastic, it breaks" I didn't need the dichotomy of what plastic is and the fact that it breaks. Then you had to reiterate it 3 times.
