Had a great experience visiting Austin Community wellness! Loved the thoroughness of my chiropractic appointment and that there were mobility exercises for my individual body needs to continue at home, my massage was so relaxing and thorough I felt tension release from muscles I didn’t even know I had, and getting to sweat it all out in their private infrared sauna was the cherry on top. Thank you so much Shane and Dr.Sarah for an amazing experience. They both offer amazing quality services as well as both very friendly and kind people. Will definitely be back soon :)

Love the infrared sauna here. The staff is very helpful and welcoming, and not sales-y, which is a big thing for me! I keep coming back.

Shane is a wizard at craniosacral which has helped for knee and joint issues, preventing me from needing knee surgery. He also helps alleviate headaches and back pain, along with calming my nervous system so I can process stress better. Highly recommend!

Cozy studio and Shane is very informed on the body’s intuitive nature and different bodywork traditions. Each time I visit, I feel comfortable and able to make profound progress towards the intention of the session. Thanks Sarah and Shane for holding good energy!

I chose this score for several reasons, First, I felt welcomed when I walked in. Shane took his time and did a really thorough and excellent massage. And Dr. Sarah took the time to talk with me and brainstorm and even gave me a recommendation for another chiropractor that will work with my Medicare insurance. These days having personal service is almost rare. So it's refreshing to have such a good experience. When I'm ready for another massage, I'll be back to Austin Community Wellness!
