I been coming to Dr. A for a long time and honestly never had an issue with my teeth. Best doctor and team hands down in Texas! Five star is not enough if I could I would give them 10 star.

First patient at this brand new location! Staff are super super friendly and the practice is very nicely decorated/ designed. The rooms are bright with windows and lots of light. There were a couple of kinks but that's expected on the first day. I have full confidence everything will be smooth sailing next visit. This place was great!

I have a HUGE fear of the sound of dentistry. After having a terrible experience with a local dentist in January, I went to a few dental offices for second opinions. The last one was Clarity Dental. I actually felt heard. I booked my first appointment and followed through with a tooth extraction and a temporary placed. Yes it was upsetting to hear the drilling but Dr Charlotte Shoa and assistant Julie kept asking me how I was doing. Together, they created a sense of trust and professionalism. The office manager was very funny and helpful. I felt comfortable talking money with her. All three of them have a great sense of humor and I appreciated that. Overall, my experience was excellent and I have much less fear going for the next appointment! Highly recommend!

Austin Clarity Dental has the most understanding and welcoming staff. From the minute you book, they are attentive and welcoming! Javier, the treatment coordinator, does an amazing job with clear communication and excellent customer service. You can tell that the staff works well together and they all care about providing the best possible service to each patient. Got some work done, and being a dentist myself, had to share about it. I know exactly what I want in a competent clinician, and Dr. Shoa checked all those boxes. Delightful chair side manner, gentle yet efficient way of working, and didn’t make me feel like just another patient. The office was great overall. I cannot recommend Dr. Shoa enough.
