This is a long-overdue review because I absolutely love this place and should have written one years ago. It was such a blessing to be recommended to Dr. Glazener and Austex Pediatrics when we moved here. He has been incredible with both of my kids—helping us through various issues over the years, being consistently supportive, and always getting to the bottom of things. He is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond at every single visit. We have also seen the other doctors, and they are great as well. The office is clean, and they get you back quickly, so I never feel like we’re going to catch something while waiting to be called back. I have been taking my boys to Dr. Glazner for over 4 years now and could not be happier with Austex Pediatrics. Dr. Glazner is so kind, patient and caring. We have always felt cared for and prioritized by the entire staff. When we have had to come in last minute, and received care from another doctor, they have all been wonderful as well. The front desk is on top of things and very efficient. I recommend this practice to all of my closest friends and family with little ones.

Austex Pediatrics is the best. Clean, new, bright facility with kind and caring doctors, nurses, and administrative staff. Dr. Glazener is warm and welcoming and explains everything in a way that makes it easy to understand. Shots for kids are never fun, but they are quick and efficient with them here. Communication is easy and appointment reminders are sent automatically — huge help! I highly suggest Austex Pediatrics.

I wish I would have found this place sooner. It's around since 2014, but I just recently started taking my 3 kiddos. I have not been satisfied with the pediatricians in SW Austin due to the difficulty of getting sick visits and communication. Everyone at this place is amazing. We are able to get ahold of someone every time we call, and make same day appt. Also we never have to wait long. They have the best prices in my experience as well.
