Aurora Dental Care

My daughter was scheduled to have her wisdom teeth removed at 10:00 AM. We arrived at 9:40 AM and were told by the front desk that the doctor was running late and that we could leave and return in about 45 minutes. We did so and returned approximately 45 minutes later. However, we were still not checked in, and my daughter did not enter the operating room until 12:05 PM. During this extended waiting period, the front desk staff repeatedly attempted to add an additional product or technology to the procedure at a cost of $600. The staff could not clearly explain what this product was or why it was necessary. I repeatedly declined this add-on. This is the place I trust the most with the care of my teeth. Place feels very home-y and the staff all work well with each other, its clear they've all been doing this for awhile- very well oiled machine. When I have questions, the dentist answers me very clearly and with plenty of information.
