Kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. Great personality. He took care of my problem using the most up to date non-invasive procedure available. Can't ask for more than that.

Just awful. Worst experience of my life with any physician / office. Impossible to get a call back about test results, and when I had a side effect from my medication I could not get the doctor to call me back to tell me what to do next.

Zero stars. Dr. Osbourne did an important test on my elderly father and never gave us the results. It has been over a year. The office receptionists never answer any phone calls and the place is only open 2 days per week. Very shady and unprofessional clinic.

Saw this doctor a couple of times. What I got was a bunch of tests done only to be told that he found nothing wrong. He didn't do a prostate exam (even though I'm old enough for one) and took me off a medication that was actually helping me because he found nothing wrong. In the end I had to go to another urologist for a 2nd opinion to get the care I needed. Not cool.
