Reliance Pharmacy

Just switched to Facey s so thought I use that pharmacy but I think I need to change the Pharmacist is rude , there is always a long line then if he knows somebody in line behind me he calls them up and has a whole conversation with them before helping anybody else . Don’t recommend this pharmacy .

They are ALWAYS either on break or closed. Extremely inconvenient considering the name is Reliance, when in reality, they are VERY unreliable. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

One star only because I can’t do a review unless I choose a star! Terrible customer service! Awful! No words! Started calling the pharmacy in the morning and was either sent to a voicemail that was full or heard the busy signal as if the phone had been taken off the hook. Then when I actually got through without even being allowed to speak got put on hold for a total of 20 minutes. No apology no acknowledgement and then waiting for another 15 minutes because the prescription called in the day before is still not filled. This pharmacy is a disaster! Where is the management!

They or should I say he is slow and rude. People came in after me and got serveved first when I complained he let many others in before me. So I had plenty time to listen to others when waiting and had others complain. After getting my prescription I had to go to record's and when there someone came in to complain about the pharmacy. I will never use them again!

Make sure you call before coming here. They open and close whenever they feel like it. And make sure you make yourself be known you are there , you'll be completely ignored, they will not acknowledge you.. typical middle easterns that work or most likely own this place.. I'm switching to another pharmacy where you are more then just another dollar 💵sign
