Facey Urgent Care - Mission Hills

The provider was so great and provided his undivided attention while asking about symptoms. He took the time to show me my labs and X-ray and explain the results in detail. The nurses, and X-ray tech were so kind and it eased my nerves. The entire visit was very quick as well. Best experience I’ve had at Facey so far.

I had a pleasant experience at Facey UC North Hills. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel welcome at ease even was a holiday .The waiting room was surprisingly short, only 15 minutes. I’ve seen Dr. Christy M. Stephen she was kind, respectful, and attentive to my concerns. She demonstrated empathy and compassion, truly understanding my situation. She took a really good amount of time explain me everything in detail and address my problem thoroughly.Thank you ❤️!!

I was out of Urgent care about 1:25 hrs. It was a long wait compared to not many people waiting. However, Dr. Choudhury was so thorough! It was worth the wait! Thank you Dr. Choudhury!! Hopefully I get over this Cold soon. 🙏😊

FACEY urgent care gave me amazing care. The wait is the wait.. and it wasn’t too horrible. Everyone was very nice, caring and helpful. Dr. Behmanesh was excellent. Leo MA was too. Can only recommend FACEY urgent care

I’ve had several visits to this Facey location now, and in the past have been a client at other hospitals. This hospital by far from top to bottom has upstanding health care workers. I always feel treated with respect, dignity, and that my needs are listened to and met with care. The wait times are significantly less, and I really want to thank all the workers there. Definitely would recommend.
