I went to this endodontist for a root canal retreatment, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. He knew I had an infection weeks prior but still decided that retreatment was the best option, rather than prescribing antibiotics first to control the infection or even discussing the possibility of an extraction. During the procedure, he didn’t even finish the root canal due to the severity of the infection, leaving me in excruciating, nonstop pain that painkillers couldn’t touch. Within two days, my pain was unbearable, and I ended up in the ER with a 104°F fever. A CT scan revealed that the infection had spread to my sinus, and if left untreated, it could have spread to my brain—causing permanent damage. HORRIBLE experience leaving me with missed root during a root canal and the need for second procedure Dr Kang's office won't even fix the situation. Luckily I hired an attorney to help me fight this office to make this right with me. Their offices will pay for leaving me in deep pain and thousands of dollars in debt to fix their mistakes. I WILL not remove this review until their offices have made me whole. They can thank themselves for this honest review. In fact, I’m considering bringing this to the news with the amount of fraud and injustice taken place. Dr Kang gave me a root canal today. He is so good that I literally fell asleep during the process. It was incredible. Highly recommend, his equipment is also much more advanced than other dentist I have been to. He gave me a CT scan in office to evaluate my situation. 5 stars, highly recommended.
