I am extremely disappointed that Puget Sound Hearing is not equipped with a "Hearing InstrumentTest Box". I went for six months having my Audiologist Sara Sommers, who is absolutely amazing, handle my case with patience. She even had me take a second hearing test followed up with hours of endless computer adjustments only to realize my new Phonaq hearing aids were defective creating distorted sounds in my ears. Sara Sommers and I finally discovered this unfortunate reality when she swapped out my defective hearing aids with loaner replacements. What a world of difference! My Audiologist Sara Sommers is only as good as the equipment she has to work with and that must include the "Hearing Instrument Test Box", as she would have tested the circuitry in my hearing aids before they were plac

Sara was professional, and personable . She answered all our questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the testing process. I never felt rushed for time. She clearly explained my results, the different aids available, and how to use both the aids and accompanying phone app.

The people that work there has been very kind and professional. Would come here again if my hearing aids ever need tweaking!

Excellent customer support at the Lake City office. Good explanation of test results and what they can provide for my hearing loss. Quick turnaround on supplying the new hearing aids. Initial soreness in ears after wearing was quickly addressed by the staff and modified hearing aids are now comfortable to wear all day. Recommend this office for your hearing needs!
