Kathy and Rachel are great! Very professional and friendly. And I could not be happier with my new hearing aids. They are much better that the OTC aids I bought earlier this year!

I was a last minute walk-in customer today (10/20/25) who was in need of having my (Idaho) Starkey hearing aid battery replaced. Kathy was kind, thorough, and went the extra mile to lend me a temporary hearing aid while she arranged to have my. Starkey sent to their lab for 7-10 days. Kathy patiently answered my many questions to my satisfaction and I look forward to receiving an upgraded and repaired hearing aid back in my possession soon. I'm so glad I found "Audible Hearing Center" (Oak Ridge, TN) on the internet. It made the drive from Deer Lodge (TN) very worthwhile. I have not been paid for this reviewand this is my honest and actual experience.

I've been going there for a little over 2 years cannot get them to fix my hearing aids they say they send them off but they come back just the way they were when they sent them off. I keep saying nothing's wrong with them but when I sweat doing exercise it's like they're underwater. Sound goes in and out of them I would not recommend these hearing aids or their service

Kathy is wonderful. She did an excellent job taking care of me & my needs for my hearing aides.

Went for a hearing test. Karhy was wonderful. The whole experience was great. Would highly recommend.
