Heather the receptionist is really rude! Horrible customer service skills, didn’t confirm anything with me while we were speaking and would go silent for minutes. When I would say hello because I was making sure we weren’t disconnected she said “yes im here. I’m not going anywhere honey you can stop” in the rudest tone. I understand you’re busy and stressed, but if you’re a receptionist the first thing you should do is be nice to people who are probably also stressed and in pain trying to make a drs appointment. Would not recommend this place at all!!!

I scheduled my father's RA appointment and was scheduled for May. My mom's PCP requested her to see a RA doctor. I called and was rescheduled for 3/24 appointment for both. I was excited it was closer to date. I received a call last Wednesday and was told they had to reschedule my mom's appointment. I asked them why, they said its because they didn't have the slot open, which is not our fault. I said no problem, reschedule both to another date . The person mentioned they can't do back to back appointments. I told him we'll it was done for March it can be done again. I asked for the office manager to call me.
