I took my daughter there because our pediatrician was closed. The staff were very welcoming and professional. My daughter was seen by the Nurse Practitioner Angela. Angela took the time to listen to my daughter’s concerns. She explained everything clearly and asked my daughter if she had any questions or concerns. She was knowledgeable and professional. She made my daughter feel comfortable. I appreciated the attention she gave her. This was a great experience. I highly recommend this office, especially Angela.
Never thought I’d want to leave a bad review or a review at all for an urgent care. But this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with an urgent care ever. I was waiting for nearly an hour in the examination room and on the 30 minute mark the nurse comes in and says I have to take a urinalysis. I only came in for back pain and when asking why I had to do so she only gave me an attitude and treated me harshly. After doing so the doctor came in after another 20 or so minutes and did a vague examination of my back and sent me on my way. They did not care, I was just rushed out of the office as soon as possible. It felt like I was an inconvenience to them. I will never come back here and I urge others to go to another urgent care.
Hurt my back while moving furniture and boxes. I expected it to just go away as per usual, but it didn’t. It got worse and I was faced with having to go to the Emergency room and ring up a multi-thousand dollar bill. A friend suggested that I visit the Urgent Care at the bottom of the hill from the hospital. Was told they are phenomenal and I’d really save money. As it’s a walk-in place, I decided that I’d get there as early as possible. Boy, was that a smart move- they get busy very quickly (apparently everyone loves this place as much as I do). When I left there was a full waiting room! Everyone was fabulous- from the very gracious and friendly front office Elizabeth, to the CMA’s, Nurses, and my provider, Rose They knew their stuff and were fast, efficient, and made me feel at
I went to the office with a painful Taylor's bunion that was bringing me to tears.I was greeted by Elizabeth that took wonderful check in care, updating all my information as needed. I was hurting greatly and Elizabeth had great empathy for me which was greatly appreciated. The nurse on duty Erica took wonderful care of me before the doctor saw me. I felt in good hands all the way around. As I need medical attention before I go to my primary, I will go to the Atlantic Health Newton Urgent Care and see Elizabeth and Erica to take care of me. I recommend this office for your urgent cares when they arrive for you. Kudos to Elizabeth and Erica plus the doctor on call!
One of the worst experiences of my life. The nurse was so rude . Talked down to me and tried make me feel like I'm stupid. And as awful as she was she was definitely better than the other gentleman who I dealt with. Not only was he rude he was downright combative and aggressive. Talked to me like I was beneath him. At one point he said, and I quote, "I have better things to do then to (a procedure I had)" I kind of felt threatened but he wasn't quite big enough to make me feel threanted. He was a short man but He was so rude. He threw a piece of equipment in the sink. He wouldn't answer my questions and he said things to me in a very aggressive tone. At one point he mocked me. He was rushing me and just an all around rude and unprofessional. I feel bad for any patient who has to deal wi
