Jenn Seymour (with AIM) has been a fantastic healthcare provider to me. She listens and responds thoughtfully. I have confidence and trust in her medical knowledge and experience and her recommendations. The office staff are pleasant, easy to speak with before and after appointments.

Waited 2 months to get in to become a new patient. Had my first visit with Dr Orlan that went well. Had blood work ordered and completed. Since then no feedback on blood work. I have emailed the doctor I saw for a prescription refill with no reply. I've called their phone number to get a refill twice the last two weeks with no response. Had great success with other areas at Valley Regional but the Associates in Medicine Primary Care is by far the worst service I have received. The Dr I saw is no longer listed on their website. This is no excuse for a medical office not following up or reaching out for over 3 weeks and multiple attempts. vsautomated

Lilly, Megan, the doctor. Every single staff member has been incredibly exceptional. Lilly and Megan on the front line making health care feel like everyone truly CARES, and wants people to get the absolute best and convient care. We are so grateful for how truly understanding and wonderful they have been!!

Jillian Rafter is an absolute mess. 36 year old male who comes to the doctor for the first time in years to discuss hypertension. Her solution? A medical marijuana card. "I don't have anything else for you." Thankfully I took things into my own hands and found a doctor who did the right thing for a man approaching middle age--a simple lipid panel. The culprit? Sky high cholesterol. I'm sure the munchies would've helped that, Jillian! I'm literally thriving due to the fact that this woman is no longer involved in my medical care. Edited to add that the front desk staff are always friendly, understanding, polite, and fun.

DO NOT GO HERE! They cancel your appointments and reschedule you without consent then when you miss three appointments they refuse to see you and you cant be seen at valley primary care either. i called needing rx refills and was left with no response for weeks. went through three drs while i was here and never actually had an appointment avoid avoid avoid
