Extremely unfortunate that this company is owned by such a joke of a dentist. The hygienist that are at the North Tonawanda location are absolutely amazing and listen to your concerns as for the owner and other dentist in this office I would highly recommend you find elsewhere. I had my front tooth drilled and messed up and they sent me to the owner to have him take another look at it. The owner tried to tell me that this isn't me being picky basically saying that he went through psychology training and it has something to do with something in the back of my head, which is why I don't like my tooth basically saying something is mentally wrong other than claiming and being responsible for his doctors action He told me that if he messed my tooth up, he would not feel bad one bit. This place sucks right out loud. Do not go there. As a matter of fact I'd avoid all of the Aspire Dental locations. Between not wanting to answer the phone and having perpetual appointments cancelled by this provider I would nominate this dental practice least professional. They made 2 appointments for me as a new patient first one was scheduled on an alternative Friday that they're not there. Second one had me drive in all the way from downtown Buffalo again upon arrival the lights were off in reception only to tell me oh we're having lunch but the doctor has an emergency so we need to cancel. Even the woman before me who arranged for ride and her ride left was also cancelled on spot. Ridiculous. They have the audacity to think their going to keep my paperwork and bill out to the insuranc

This was my second appointment here and my first one was the first time I have been to a dentist in years. The staff is friendly and makes you feel very comfortable sitting in the chair I dread sitting in the most. They are also very efficient, I was in and out in great time.

Professional, Friendly, Caring and did amazing work! They make you feel like family. Thank you all!!

If I could give a 0 I would they screw you over hard this is the 3rd time they canceled my appointment literally the day of I been having a bad tooth infection for months and do not care one bit. They don't care if this tooth infection even kills me. They told me go to a urgent and I told I did and what they keep giving me is not helping. They said oh well.
