Aspen Dental - San Antonio, TX - Stone Oak

I had begged another dentist for an extraction of a broken tooth and was denied. I suspect it was because of how inexpensive it would be. After a THIRD night of dental pain. I walked into this Aspen location at 8 am today. I was greeted and promptly taken back for X-rays. Dr. Pallapati came in and administered pain medication almost IMMEDIATELY! Once I was comfortable, we agreed on a treatment plan and she got to work. She and Shannon worked quickly to get the tooth removed! It is now 9:45 and I’m back in my car writing this review! I am so grateful for fast and compassionate care. Especially after being turned away yesterday while in so much pain! Thank you, Dr. Pallapati and Shannon!

Dr. Pallapati isn’t just a regular dentist, she’s a cool dentist! I seriously can’t say enough kind things about the team here at Aspen Dental. I made an appointment after not seeing a dentist for 10+ years and the team made sure I was well informed of every treatment I was receiving and understood the “why” behind each service. They broke down each step of my treatment plan into manageable pieces and over time I became more confident with my smile and am on track to having healthy teeth and gums. I am so grateful for this team and the care they provide.

if you want great customer service and a Dentist that actually care about providing excellent care for your teeth. This is definitely the place! B, Shanon, Megan, Morgan, and Every other employee that works there have always treated me with kindness since the very first day. I’m 18 so I’m new to navigating the healthcare world by myself. But every employee there makes me feel comfortable and always goes through everything with me step-by-step and answers any questions that I have financially and healthwise. I love Aspen!

Update: 1/14/26. Stone Oak Location Had all my teeth extracted and can’t say enough things about my experience…. Even though it was a traumatic experience Dr Pallapati and Shannon made it so much more bearable. I have never been treated so kind and caring as I was by them. They tried to uplift my experience and am so thankful to have had them. If you’re going to have to get this procedure done I highly recommend this practice. Can’t say enough good things about Aspen Dental…. Everyone there is so friendly, caring and helpful. April was so great getting my finance set up and everything going. Thanks to all the staff and doctors.

So I was weary about trusting another dentist, but man am I glad I decided to move forward.. Losing my teeth has been the hardest experience I ever imagined could happen, I wouldn't wish it on the devil himself, but from the start of this journey, I was met with nothing but kindness and understanding and I was treated as a real person and not just a patient.. The wonderful women heading the front were Amazing!! So nice and always smiling! Everything and all appointments went very smooth.. She went thru all of the details about the new arch's, warranty, cleaning, and finally the payment, she gave me a wopping 20% promotional discount which significantly lowered the cost of the new smile!! She definately knew her way around the details and inner workings of all aspects of my plan..Very happ
