Aspen Dental - Riverhead, NY

Aspen Dental is absolutely a dream come through!!! From friendly staffs to a clean environment , it’s a must visit for your dental needs. The staff are so informed and are always available to answer questions and provide clarity and guidance. I must particularly point out Peta B at the Riverhead branch that I visit. She is so informed, polite, and very very respectful and prompt in attending to patients. I hope everyone gets to interact with her at least once she is absolutely amazing. Big Thanks to Aspen Dental Riverhead!!!!

Excellent experience. A tooth broke off my upper denture. I saw that Aspen Dental did repairs. I made an appointment for today and was surprised that they had an opening. The staff was great the dentist was so pleasant. My denture got repaired and I will be getting a new upper denture in the very near future. Very nice office and staff.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. We had a bad experience the first time, but decided to give them another shot. Absolutely awful experience. Had one of our children there for over three hours for two fillings. None of the staff talk to each other and know their office policies. They all tell you different information and then expect you to sign blank forms. Absolutely unprofessional we will never be back. If you’re considering using this practice go somewhere else and don’t look back!

Aspen Dental in Riverhead is the best Dentist I’ve ever been to. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. Payton is a wonderful dental assistant that has helped me through cleanings and Motto (clear aligners)!! Unfortunately I’m moving to Florida so I won’t be able to come as consistently but when I come back to NY I will definitely be back to Aspen Dental in Riverhead.

My first time at Aspen Dental went very well! All the staff were super friendly and professional. Everything flowed well and it was all smiles and warmth exuding from them for the entire time. PETA was very efficient with explaining everything and is a great asset to the team as the first point of contact. I left feeling optimistic about my dental pursuits.
