This place was incredible. I called first and was surprised with the honesty and transparency of the front desk girls. When I arrived, I was dealing with an emergency situation and the staff immediately made me feel comfortable, like everything was going to be ok. Avery was sweet, encouraging, and caring - all while maintaining the sense of urgency I needed. The attention to quality care was covered from the moment I called, to the moment I walked out the doors. I always appreciate effort and respect the follow through. 10 out of 10.

This place is amazing! From the moment I was greeted very warmly on a chilly day by a wonderful receptionist. These folks are genuinely concerned about my well-being. The hygienist was a delight, she kept my spirits up even when I knew it didn't look good, my mouth that is. The nurse was kind and funny but knew what she was doin with a professional attitude. The Doctor hand's down the best that I have met so far! She explained everything in such detail wich really eased my nerves. And then there was Michelle at check out, what fabulous human being!😁 she took her time helping me with all my options, just an awesome person!! Thank you all for everything you did and are about to do. I feel very comfortable going to this dental office and believe me, that's not an easy statement to make. ✌🏼🤟🏻

I called ahead and was told Aspen Dental takes emergency care. I explained I’m 36 weeks pregnant and in tooth pain. They told me to come in at 9am. When I arrived, they knew they didn’t take my insurance but still charged me $111. I waited an hour and a half just to be seen. All I got was a basic exam. No medication, no pain relief, no solution. It felt like they don’t care about patients—just taking your money. I left and went to Delicate Dental, where they were amazing, actually cared, and the doctor prescribed antibiotics and helped right away. Huge difference in care.

We had a very bad experience with Aspen Dental at this location. Appointments were extremely difficult to get, and the quality of work was poor. Both my wife and I started experiencing sensitivity issues after being treated here. What’s worse is that when problems occurred because of their own work, they wanted to charge us again to fix it. This is unacceptable. We wasted a lot of time, money, and trust. Based on our experience, I seriously question how this location is still in business with this level of service and care. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had an issue with the way the completed dentures lined up in my mouth. No questions asked, a new set was created for me and they look and feel great!!! All anppointments were on time!! Everyone at the office was professional and always had a smile to share!! It has been a great experience and will recommend to all my friends and family!!!!
