Aspen Dental - Lebanon, TN

First off I want to start by saying Aspen Dental exceeded every expectation I had of going to a dentist. First and for most they had hours available on a SATURDAY like MOST dental offices only operate Monday-Friday and with most peoples’ work schedules Saturday was already a given for me. Everyone was very knowledgeable and kind and seemed to care more about my dental health than I did which meant a lot to me because as someone who is hesitant about going to the dentist it really helped ease my mind a lot. I was greeted by the most friendly dental technician Autumn who made the entire x-ray process such a breeze and she honestly felt like a long lost friend. Toward the end I got to meet with the payment coordinator Kimberly who seriously was so understanding and sympathetic when it came to

I stopped in Aspen dental yesterday. The location in Lebanon, Tennessee, I was really stressed out because my denture had broken in half. They made me a appointment the next morning. So I showed up and left the denture with them. Thinking at the end of the day, I might have it well surprise, surprise GAIL. And Savannah, both really took care of me even gave me a coupon to use, they did an absolute wonderful repair. Job on my denture, I can't even tell nothing ever happened. I just wanted to share this experience with y'all. Anytime I have another den tal issue, I. know exactly where to go. Thank you again to Savannah and GAIL.

I have had great experiences here. The staff that I met and dealt with were very friendly and courteous. From Alex at the front desk to Phoebe the dental assistant who helped me with my nerves. Dr Douglas was great also very nice and considerate to what I wanted to do. And Kimberly helping with my plan going forward. Everyone was great. Would highly recommend!

I have severe dental anxiety and have not been to the dentist in probably 10 years due to some dental trauma in the past. I know I don’t have great teeth and my old dentist used to shame me about them, but everyone at Aspen was so nice and kind. I went in for an emergency while also knowing I had a lot of other problems but Alex at the front desk, the dental assistant Courtney, Dr. Douglas and Kimberly who consulted with me after, all made me feel safe and comfortable every step of the way through my appointment. I feel very grateful and lucky that my husband happened to choose this location! :)

im 55 almost 56 years old . Dr wolf and his staff were compassionate professional and efficient. Couldnt give A 10 star review so i double the five star. Highly recommend
