Aspen Dental - Hazleton, PA

The front staff was really nice. The woman who took my x-rays was really nice. The rest of the staff was cold. The hygienist was very rude and the visit was a waste of my time. It’s something they could’ve let me know over the phone and I wouldn’t have had to pay to come in for this visit for them to say the same thing I already told them and they have a three tooth minimum for teeth that need to be pulled. They should be clear on this so people don’t waste their time.

I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental, they care about patients and provide top-tier treatment! The staff was warm and inviting. I used to fear the dentist, but Aspen Dental showed me that they listen and go above and beyond for you! Shout out to Dr. Yaser and Chiquita! They were a great help and made my experience even better!

Both Dentist and assistant were excellent. Great work & great communication. Front desk staff was also great. I got there at 10, but my appointment was at 11:00 and they got me in right away instead of waiting the hour.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was there to get a tooth extracted, waited close to a month to make my appointment and the day before it they call and cancel on me. Then I have to move my schedule around for work, so I can fit the appointment in. Also, I should have been more informed about the appointment, I thought I was going to be sedated and I was told I wasn’t. So I went through with the appointment, painful yet numb for hours. I find out that the dentist cannot write a script for me, because they don’t do that here. You would think after having a tooth pulled I could get one. I called and they explained to me that I would have to go to urgent care to get pain meds. Why would I do that?! Now I’m taking ibuprofen for the pain that I purchased. My experience was ridiculous, and
