The level of professionalism from Alpine’s staff is remarkable to say the least. Jess has a high level of integrity when dealing with whatever is thrown at her, and Jamie provides valuable insight that allows me to feel fully prepared for each visit I have. Aspen has valuable people working for them, thank you for bringing my confidence back in dentistry

Madi was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and confident during my gum care and we giggled through the entire appointment. She was informative and honest and was super amazing about stopping to check on me throughout. She was very thorough with her cleaning and my teeth feel amazing after leaving!! Thank you all for the great care!!!!😊

The dentist was compassionate and knowledgeable, answered all of my questions. The problem was the lady who brought me into her office afterwards. She would not give me straightforward answers for anything I asked. So focused on the upsell she would not give me a clear picture of my options. She has an infuriating nervous tick of clearing her throat like “hm” every few seconds when confronted with direct questions instead of following her upsale script. Will look elsewhere for care.

MUST READ BEFORE GOING!!! I recently visited the Alpine location and everything was great until I spoke to Rocky, at the end of the appointment. First, there was no urgency to get me scheduled for my fillings; the entire focus was on getting me back in the office for a $1500 cleaning and antibiotic program. There was no breakdown of the actual charges, just the number on a tablet. And anytime I went back to my primary concern, the fillings, she seemed irritated that she wasn’t able to upsell me. Here’s where it gets really bad. So I told her I “may” be losing my insurance in about a month, and the doctor I spoke to said we would get a time figured out to come in before I lost it. After telling her this, her attitude worsened, and she said she would not be able to schedule me for the soones

Such a wonderful experience! The entire staff is absolutely AMAZING! They are kind and compassionate people. When I was sitting in the lobby, I witnessed how rude people can be. The conversation with the front desk lady was a bit concerning at first. When my name was called, to come back for my new patient x-rays and exam… everyone treated me with kindness and respect. They answered my questions and concerns. I was grateful to be offered payment plans to help me out. 💕 I am truly a blessed person to call Aspen Dental my dentist. Thank you to everyone that helped me out today.!
