Aspen Dental - Florissant, MO

When entering the office we were greeted very warmly by the front desk staff. While in the waiting room we noticed that the receptionist was kind and patient with the people on the phone. When the assistant came out to the waiting room we noticed that she and the receptionist had kind interactions. You could tell that it was genuine. It gets better, the dentist was the most gentle dentist that I ever experienced. He was a great listener and guess what, he spoke to me kindly and was very patient with me! Who would have ever thought that you could have a good experience at the dentist office! They were prompt with all of my appointments. I have already recommended them to my friends and family.

Rhonda gave me a deep cleaning on my teeth today. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Dr. D did the other work that I was scheduled for. He is very kind and compassionate as well. Charlie also helped me today. She is awesome. I am glad that I decided to go to Aspen dental for my dental knees!

I went there today for cleaning, and the doctor pressured me to get a root canal and a crown and pay $3,500. They wasted my time, and I’m going to another dentist who truly cares for their patients and doesn't focus on getting money from them. My cleaning was overlooked, and I didn't feel valued.

I was so scared and in so much pain. The staff was kind and helped me stay calm. The doctor explained all the avenues I could have taken clearly. He was gentle and caring dealing with my anxiety. I had a tooth extraction and he got that sucker out fast to eliminate my pain. I plan on finally going back to Aspen and getting my teeth taken care of again. I have went decades out of fear not seeing a dentist. I will happily go back to Aspen Dental in St Louis for all my dental needs. Thank you Team. Thank you.

I had a medical/dental emergency that is very serious. They got me in immediately. They were all so supportive and caring. Even the regional manager was there and took time to spend with me. I'm sorry I don't remember all the names. But from start to finish.... This means from calling the office to leaving their office. I was treated so kindly. Compassionate and with care. I don't other people's experiences.... But I could have died from why I went. And they did everything to make sure I felt secure and safe and it's going to be ok. I will be having surgery immediately because of the severity. But I feel I'm in good hands. And I'm not as scared as I expected to be. There is a sign on the front desk about God calling the qualified. Or qualifying the called. It's true about this office. I go
