Aspen Dental in Grand Prairie, TX is being allowed to commit fraud, by billing for services never rendered. My daughter has been fighting to get her money back from them for almost a year now. We’ve called advocate services to see if they could help or assist in any way, which to no avail is basically zero help. They have a new Office Manager who has no idea what she walked into and she didn’t even try to hear out my daughter she just transferred the call to Jordan the person handling the in office billing. So basically my daughter was supposed to get back a little over $2800, and only received $1006.73. If I could give no starts I would! Don't ever go to any aspen dental office! They charge you a ton of money for stuff and then completely blow you off when you need something afterwards. I have made multiple attempts to contact the office I was at about a damaged retainer that I paid extra to be able to get the covered and then they refused to give me someone who could help me get a new one. When I continued to call they ignored my calls. I called a different location and they refused to let me come into that office and now I have to spend $3000.00 more on new invisalign from a different orthodontist because now my teeth as messed up again! Do not let these scam artists try this with you!

Just a racket!! Made an appointment to get a replacement set of dentures. At no time would anyone give me actual costs/pricing. After about 10 attempts to get a price I was told I could be given a price once my insurance is looked at? Why? Does the price go up if I have good insurance versus bad insurance.? It was quickly shown to me. I was just an insurance claim to them and they were going to get every bit of money they could from my insurance company. I was brought back for x-rays, which absolutely makes no sense because I have no teeth. And refused an x-ray, after refusing the x-ray they told me it’s policy to get an x-ray. It’s policy to pound radiation into my head? I have no teeth this place is the worst. Worst dentist I have been to.

This dentist office has never contacted me since the doctor looked me straight in my face and said there is nothing more I can do for you and she left the room. Until now concerning these new dentures , these I have are too big always has been but she left them that way and walked out. I want go back to her for nothing, everybody talks about her and her staff.

I am currently involved with Aspen Dental. I have partials that are unusable painful, and a bill prepaid for almost $7,000. I am now trying to do damage control for my finances. The person who prepared for the dentures kept saying the machine wasn't working and shaking it and said it starts and stops and "will be ok in a minute". I was unaware of their predatory practices until I began to do research online yesterday. I have always had doctors and other medical practitioners of great integrity, skill, education, and empathy.
