Aspen Dental - Conway, SC

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist and I had braces for 7 years. First the hygienist didn’t know how to do her job. She literally couldn’t find the scanner and had to have the tech help her do her job. They she tried to give me an unnecessary shot in my tooth. Because and I quote it might get a cavity. Then she “diagnosed me with gingivitis” when I have nothing of the sort. Mind you I literally brush and floss my teeth twice a day. But I had been using a new tooth paste which was had my gums were irritated by all the peroxide. Yes I told them that. Then I needed a special gingivitis cleaning which they were going schedule to charge me $236 with my insurance. Mind you a regular cleaning is covered. Then I will have to come back for two more visits. Mind you all

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Rose and Carson at Aspen Dental in Conway! From the moment I walk in, they go above and beyond to make me feel genuinely welcomed, safe, and completely at ease. Rose is an amazing dentist—kind, patient, and incredibly thorough. She takes the time to explain everything and truly cares about her patients’ comfort and results. Carson, the hygienist, is equally outstanding. Gentle, professional, and so personable—she makes cleanings feel easy and stress-free while doing an excellent, detailed job. Together, they make an incredible team. Their compassion, skill, and dedication truly set them apart, and I always leave feeling satisfied and well cared for. Experience was professional and felt at ease with my decision. Staff was wonderful and caring. I would recommend the Conway office hands down. One thing I would change is a personal call to patient after a procedure that is beyond the cleaning of teeth. Going to the dentist can be a scary experience just to make sure they are doing well.

Very pleased. Clean facility. Friendly staff. Dentist and assistant where very compassionate. I needed extra pain reduction due to the pressure. They didn't hesitate to make me more comfortable. I would highly recommend Easy financing as well

My dentist, Dr Rose and her assistant Katie are the best. They just dont make you feel comfortable but they both have this niceness about them that make you feel like friends. They did an excellent job on my dental work, and I am so satisfied. Thank you Dr Rose and Katie
