Aspen Dental - Cherry Hill, NJ

I have to express my sincerest and deepest gratitude for the team at this Aspen Dental location. I came into the office after being made a same day appointment to address a specific issue. I then encountered the front desk staff with kindness and compassion. I meet Jay who was the sweetest and Dr. Shah who listened to my concerns and even in tears, was understanding and supportive. I appreciated Tori! I am just thankful for the smooth experience. I haven’t had any surprise costs, no unfair treatment, and no unrealistic expectations. Thank you Aspen Team. I cannot tell you how you restored my confidence and smile in only a week! My best always.

I’ve been coming here for a while, including for my Motto aligners, and the front desk staff and assistants are always friendly, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, my most recent appointment with one of the doctors was disappointing. I came in for a cracked tooth and cavities, but the exam felt rushed and dismissive. She initially told everything looked “healthy.” When I mentioned the broken tooth again, I was told I could either wait or get a crown, without much explanation about what was wrong or why a crown would be needed. I don't know if they may have been busy that day, but I left feeling confused and unheard. I truly appreciate the great support staff, but this experience made me feel I need a second opinion before moving forward with treatment.

The staff here are great! They really took care of me and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Not to mention they're great personality I was thoroughly enjoying myself during my visit. High key recommended

The wait was very disappointing. My appointment was at 5:30pm and I was seen an hour and a half later. I arrived at 4:45pm and wasn't seen until 6:45pm. The dentist there for the day made a negative comment regarding my teeth but the other staff members were actually very nice and caring. The dentist there was pregnant and I am hoping she is not the permanent doctor. Yes, the reviews are true, you will be offered financing options for service not covered by your insurance.

Needed and emergency visit, they got me booked quickly and on the day of my appointment, they cancelled. Didn’t tell me why nor did they answer the phone, called the new patient line and even she was confused on why no one picked up the phone after transferring me 4 times. I know she couldn’t do much but I find it funny she asked me if anyone else in the house needed an appointment as if mine wasn’t just canceled out the blue ?? I called out for work because of this, and told my boss I’d have proof thanks.. a lot .. but the worse part of all this, I still can’t eat without being in extreme pain and I work a heavy schedule this week… wish me luck
