What a pleasant surprise this place was. I often hesitate going to a new place without a recommendation from someone I know but I decided to try it because I really needed some dental work done. The receptionist was kind and welcoming. Then I met Makayla, we hit it off immediately. She was professional and very personable, I was completely relaxed with her. Dr. Fuertes was just as he should be as a dentist, we didn't spend a lot of time together but I did like him. The check out process with Alexis was great, she's good at her job and super friendly. I definitely will be going back and recommend people give them a try!

This is one of those, "I wish I knew then, what I know now," kind of times!!! Here we are again... I don't particularly like leaving reviews like these, but lsomeone REALLY needs to do something about the Amsterdam office! People are very disrespectful and unprofessional!! Out of that whole office, there have only been 2 people that were kind and considerate, Alyssa and Aaron! They truly cared about helping me, so they are excluded from this review! I went in for a fitting because these dentures are STILL 3 sizes too big and I was treated poorly, by the DR no less! On this day, he said to me, "Unfortunately, that's all we can do," as he rolled his eyes while saying it! What?? You made these so they won't stay up and you tell me that's all you can do!? Had a very good first time experience here. Kayla and Alexis were both very nice, so helpful, (even with putting my jewelry back in after my X-rays, bless them 🙏🏻) They were very informative with treatment and payment plans. Answered every question I had and made sure to help me with choosing what the best course of action for today was for my health and for my expenses. ALL the staff was very friendly and made sure I knew what I had going on rather than just shoving me in a chair and treating me like I’m not there, as I’ve experienced at other dentist offices. My first visit took much longer than anticipated but they made it all run so smoothly that I didn’t mind. Because I also felt like my concerns were heard and answered! The staff was so very helpful, they answered all my questions and were very thorough in their answers. They were very friendly and explained everything as they went, all the way to the end of my appointment, it was like I was their only patient for the day. I was very satisfied and they are now my new dental provider.

Disorganized. Inexperienced. Unprofessional. - Chewed something sticky & filling came out (literally spit out white composite chunk) - Aspen phone team says they can do a "full exam" for $29 same day & sends me here and appointment is booked for such a "full exam" - Drive an hour to get there. Team at office says phone team booked me during their LUNCH HOUR so nobody can fill anything - Come back days later. Admin team professional, but once I was into be chair had to endure inane unprofessional banter between DAs, like one asking the other to drag her through the snow with the car water-skii style & talks of what they were all going to do after work. Work was not the focus. - Only 1 x-ray taken instead of full set. - Young dentist says she can't see any missing filling. Doesn't do "full
