I have been a patient of the Seton family since 1992. My two babies were delivered at Seton on 38th street. Our family Doctor Dan R. Baker took care of our family until his retirement. Because of his great care we stayed with the doctor (Dr. Kirk Middleton) who replaced him. Still we have received wonderful care. My husband sees Dr. Middleton and is very pleased. I see Nazish Dhukka, FNP-C. She's amazing she really listens to me and WE make the decisions that's best for me. This is important because I have family history of certain illnesses. I highly recommend Seton Ascension Medical Group. Sadly, they are all leaving Ascension Medical Group, and we must find new providers.

My appointment was right on time. As always Dr. Middleton is a practical and thorough physician.He has a good bedside manner and I recommend him highly. The staff was efficient and helpful.

No problem with doctor but billing department failed to check insurance and didn’t charge me the correct amount for the second time in a row. One of my prescriptions was renewed at the wrong dosage and this has happened multiple times. You’all are the horror stories we see on the news waiting to happen.

I always feel so comfortable here. I Love Kayla Sellers. She her Nursing staff are all extremely knowledgeable, friendly and take time to listen to me, craft a healthcare plan specifically for me. Kayla Sellers is my PCP and monitors my health and medical needs closely, working in harmony with my oncologist, Neuro-Oncologist, Dermatologist, Gastrologist, and Pain Management Specialist. I am confident that, under her care, I am in very good hands. I also appreciate how easy it is to get an answer here when you call them on the phone - I’ve never gotten the run-around here. You’ll Always get to speak to a Nurse or healthcare professional immediately when you need answers. This is just a GREAT medical practice altogether
