I had such a great experience here. My check in was fast and I was taken back to the exam room right at my appointment time. Dr.Ahmed and Dr.Batchinsky were both extremely kind, listened to my concerns (there were several lol), and addressed every single one of them within my appointment. They made clear follow up plans and talked me through new prescriptions. I had no questions leaving and felt thoroughly cared for. Would highly recommend these two providers, they’re worth the wait!!!

I had a great experience with Ascension Medical Group Seton Dermatology; first, with the NP who reviewed my history and medication list, as she was very kind and knowledgeable. Took my husband in for a skin check and follow up after Mohs procedure on his face. Drs Jambusaria and Mazal were both top notch. And their front desk people were quietly friendly and efficient. Was glad we were referred to them and would not hesitate to go there again.

This dermatology clinic is horrible at solving issues on the phone. Terrible customer service because the people who answer cannot assist with issues. They always have to check if the nurses team is available all the while leaving you on hold for long periods of time! They can't even assist with ipledge. What kind of customer service is this?? We like Dr. Keeling but when the office is slow, barely any patients & empty sitting area we had to wait a very long time to be seen after check in on October 1, 2025. Then the nurses took a long time to complete the pregnancy test after we saw Dr. Keeling the same day. We were ready to go as I needed to get my kids back to school! We were clowning around in the room then checked the clock to realize how long it's been since the doctor left. On Octob

The receptionists, assistant to the Dr., and Dr. Ahmed were ALL kind and professional. Best dermatologist appointment in 20 years. Dr. Ahmed was thorough and discussed my skin health in detail with an understanding of next steps until my next appointment.
