Bob Conger is the most amazing person I have ever chatted with over the phone. Not to mention he was kind patient and full of valuable information. Bob is an employee at Dental Arts. I am one of many people that he has spoken to in the many years that he’s worked for Dental Arts yet I felt as if I was his first call of the day and the first call of his entire career. He was warm, kind, patient, and allowed me to search for the information without making me feel like I was wasting his time. Bob didn’t have to do anything more than collect information and move on and yet I felt as if I was valued above all.
