I had an outstanding experience at Arnold Pharmacy! The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. They take the time to explain medications thoroughly and answer any questions with patience and care. The service is fast and efficient, and I never feel rushed or overlooked. The pharmacy is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of over-the-counter products. It’s clear they truly care about their customers’ health and well-being. I highly recommend Arnold Pharmacy to anyone looking for exceptional service and personalized care!

I love the staff here, they are very helpful and take the time to answer any questions that I maybe concern with. They are warm loving people that is concern about your well-being. Just like family.

This pharmacy has been an extremely disappointing experience. They do not notify you when your prescriptions are ready, and they repeatedly fail to follow through on calling doctors for refills—even after promising they will. On top of that, they never inform you if there’s an issue or if they can’t reach your doctor, leaving you completely in the dark. I take very important medications for my mental health, and their lack of communication and follow-through has caused unnecessary stress. Compared to any chain pharmacy I’ve used, this location is far worse in terms of communication, reliability, and overall care. It feels like patients’ needs and well-being are simply not a priority here.

Support local businesses. Have used this pharmacy since it opened years ago. Staff is polite, efficient and knowledgeable. They are always available to assist with any concerns or questions. No reason to use any other pharmacy. Definitely 5 star review.

Best pharmacy I have used for regular prescriptions as well as flu and Covid booster shots. Kind and knowledgeable people who know what they are doing. Plus I am supporting a local business instead of a nationwide chain. A win/win.
