Just moved here and trying to get my license changed over but you guys are making it literally impossible. I cannot figure out what you guys want from me through your website nor do you make it easy to figure out. No one can do a simple task here such as picking up a phone. We nurses are out here busting our butts on our shift making sure our patients are well taken care of and you can’t even return the respect of a phone call. Pitiful.

If i could give negative stars, I would. I was investigated by the ASBN following a false DWI arrest, which i foolishly self reported, as required. My case that remains under active litigation due to a multitude of civil rights violations committed by law enforcement. Despite clear evidence of misconduct, the ASBN chose to side with a provenly dishonest officer rather than protect one of their own—an experienced nurse who dedicated 30 years to patient care. It’s disheartening that a nurse’s word carries so little weight, especially when contrasted with demonstrably false police testimony. The ASBN appears more interested in sacrificing its nurses than defending them, even in the face of egregious constitutional violations. Their mission statement rings hollow in practice. Horrible. I have been trying to get help in regards to a license renewal block, and only get select replies through the portal message system and they are not clear. Have been working on this for a whole month, and it could have been handled already if I was able to consistently get ahold of someone. Only occasionally able to leave a voicemail, and those have not been returned. Showed up to the BON in person, and there is no front desk and didn’t see a single person on the floor. Making my move back to AR and starting a new job way more difficult than it has to be.

I called to inquire about the status of my background check. They say they mailed it out but I never received it. I have lived at the same address for 10years. So, I had to pay extra to get fingerprints. I was asking question she couldn't answer. Then she got upset and started speaking to me in a rude tone, so when I asked her name she hung the phone up in my face. Rude and very unprofessional. No one returns phone calls. You have to show up in person. How do some of them still have jobs? Just awful.
