Can’t express it enough hands down the best care I have ever been given!! Absolutely wonderful nurses, doctors & staff . They truly care about each and every patient and treated me above and beyond during my stay. DR.Michael Loguidice & DR.Scott L. Beau did an amazing job on my procedures. I have been to the ER 4 times In the last 2 weeks with my 92 yro mom. 2 times at Encore in Benton and 2 times to AHH in LR. The first time in LR we were there 9 hours! Today we have been here for 5+ hrs. She was even brought in by ambulance!. The staff is very nice but they lack tremendously in the service area. They need more doctors on staff in the ER. It's ridiculous that you would have to wait over 1 hour to be seen!!!

They did two catherizations on me instead of one to put a stent in. You never know if youre going to Bryant, Shackleford or Shackleford west. On my stent I was told to be here at 10 am. Its 1:00 and I'm "next in line". Whenever that is. Whatever they set your appointment at just show up a couple hours late and you'll be good. I would not reccomend this hospital. Still waiting.....

My experience at Arkansas Heart Hospital was excellent from registration throughout the testing process to discharge. I felt safe and confident in the care provided. Thank you for all you do to make patient care and experience great!

RN Nicole Pruitt in the ER was very rude. Seriously, you are in the wrong profession if I can't ask questions about my pain without getting an unprovoked attitude back. They didn't do any kind of imaging or lab work on me, they literally just gave me a pill and discharged me. My discharge documentation was missing several important details. It didn't have the doctor's name, or even the name of the medication they gave me, or the dose!
