1. They can not spell your name right when it is written in English in front of them. 2. Dr. Daas would not even do a physical exam on me after reading my medical history. He backed into a corner and I had to make him do an exam. 3. Made an appointment at one location only to find out it was closed and had to drive across town to get in. 4. Made a sick appointment for 3 hours after I called and when I arrived they told me my insurance was cancelled. When asked about it the receptionist told me she knew 30 minutes after my initial call. When I asked why she didn't call me then she said "Uh I don't know". My point DO NOT go here if you expect good customer service and bedside manner.

Grossly inefficient and does not follow up, had to explain basics of birth control to the doctor, just fed up dealing with them - finding a new primary asap. Don't waste your time here!

Sent my daughter there because she's three hours away from home and I was worried about her now she's on her way home three hours away to schedule a visit with her regular doctor since this place was no help at all didn't even address the problem and the only thing he could do was criticize her when she doesn't do drugs or drink is actually pretty healthy never again will none of my kids ever go there but the doctor there seems to think or young people are on drugs or lead unhealthy lifestyle .

This place is TRASH! I'm a tax paying citizen with Insurance and I needed to pay them before service. Some people don't deserve a JOB. Worst experience ever.

3 weeks, and the doctor still hasn't gotten back to me after daily urgent messages.
