Arizona Pediatric Eye Spec

I have both of my children who see James Oneil for the last 3-4 years. He had caught my daughter lazy eye and if it wasn't for him her right eye would not be able to see anything. Now she almost sees 20/20. He is very good with my kids as well. The location is pretty busy so you will have to have patience as James also does surgery and there are a lot of people that see him. I would recommend him to anyone,

Prepare yourself for a very incompetent and really rude office/scheduling staff. First available appointment was 3 weeks away. Called the morning of the appointment to confirm only to find out that it was never scheduled and they had none of our client information in their system. Their computer system was down so of course they could not reschedule nor did they make any attempt to correct their mistake or offer to honor our original appointment. They have no customer service skills.

Im very happy with the treatment my daughter is getting here with Dr. Fecoratta he is very professional and cares for the well being of my daughter only down side is that the receptionist in the front is rude and careless she has no ethic for her job and is always making faces and rolling her eyes and when she doesn't do that she just has a mad look .. Not fit for her job especially since since she is working with kids... However the nurses in the back are great!
