Arizona Digestive Health: Ahwatukee

Very disappointing experience. I completed all tests and requirements requested by this office. Despite fully complying, Dr. Joseph David never followed up to review or explain my results, my condition, or the next steps. I spent several days calling and sending messages through the patient portal asking for clarification and guidance, with little to no response. When I was finally contacted, it was not to provide medical care or an explanation, but to inform me that the doctor would no longer see me and that I was being referred to another specialist in hematology/oncology. When I contacted the referred doctor’s office, their staff told me that Arizona Digestive Health did not include any explanation, diagnosis, or clinical reason for the referral. My experiences with Dr. Joseph David have always been very helpful to me, starting several years ago. I hadn’t really had any need to see him again until recently. When I made the appointment I had had some discomfort and when I met with his associate, she was very knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns. I really appreciated her expertise.

Everybody was extremely helpful. Dr. David was so nice and made you feel so comfortable. He answered all my questions and concerns and I never felt rushed. Then his staff was extremely helpful on helping me with my billing questions on my Upcoming procedure.

I am a new patient of Doctor Joseph David, after reading all of his amazing reviews he was my first choice. I am so glad that I made the appointment and saw him. He is very thorough and I feel very comfortable in his care. I truly appreciate his bedside manner, he was very kind, he listened and he performed alot of patient education.
