Very appreciated staffs at Arcadia Health Care. The staffs, CNA, therapists are so kind, care and patience to the patients. Especially the physical therapist and speech therapist, they are super nice and are so willing to answer questions and helping the patients even after the service. Staffs and workers at there are very friendly and love to help the patients family too.

My father transfer from hospital to this SNF because we reviewed from Google also friends saying this facility generally better ; especially have Chinese options for food/therapist/nurse/CNA available , that's why we would transfer here ~ Everything so far is ok because just transffered here and hopefully my father can get used to this facility and hopefully all staffs could please have patience with my father ~ Yeah , I am satisfied and thank you ( nurse , CNA , therapist ) all your assist !

My Aunt Lucy has been at this facility for 14 years. She loves it! Some of the people that work there are like family to her. My experience is always good when I go to visit her. The workers are kind, efficient, attentive to patients. I would give the facility a 10 ❤️

My elderly father stayed here for 3 months and received quality nursing care, social care, and physical / occupational therapy. The staff is superb and really cares about their patients. They go above and beyond to create a welcoming community and comfortable experience. Shoutout to My Nguyen and Cindy Lin for being my go-to POCs in getting the room logistics, discharge prep, and home care set up. As someone who lives 1.5 hours away from the facility and can only visit my dad on the weekends, I am very grateful to the staff for keeping an eye on him and encouraging him to socialize with other patients.

I love the skilled nursing facility. Ana the Marketing Coordinator has provided exemplary service to my mother. From the beginning, she has been courteous, friendly and attentive to my mother. She ensured my mother’s stay was as pleasant as possible. In addition, the receptionist Wendy is one of the friendliest people I have seen at a Skilled Nursing Facility. She always has a smile on her face no matter who she’s doing or negative situations encountered. Arcadia Care is a great place for a skilled nursing facility. I have been to over 10 of them and this facility is my top choice!
