Quite possibly the best experience I’ve ever had. From setting up the appointment with the front office staff to the actual procedure everything went smoothly. The whole team is on the same page and the ease of setting it up was quick and easy. Dr. Axx went over all of my options that included both benefits and risks and what to expect. He has excellent bedside manners, everything you would expect from a professional. The front office staff went over all my options and pricing. I was referred here for treatment for a root canal. The initial treatment went well with a very kin dental assistant but once I encountered Dr. Axx the entire experience shifted. I explained my anxiety with dental treatments and thought that I would be treated with kindness and understanding, nope. My anxiety kicked in and instead of letting me pause and catch my breath Dr Axx told me if I didn't sit still and let him work he would pull my tooth out entirely. Mind you I was getting a root canal done not an extraction. I'm sorry I have panic attacks but does that mean I should be treated so poorly?? I was seen within a week of requesting an appointment. I was diagnosed estimated and underwent the procedure within two weeks. Dr. Axx capable restored the botched crown and removed infection, saving my tooth. I hold Arcadia Endodontics in very high esteem, I recommend them for all endodontic procedures.

The entire staff was professional, kind and prepared for my visit. My root canal was a bit more complex. Most of the canal had calcified & there was a chance my porcelain crown would break apart during the procedure. Dr Clatanoff clearly & throughly described his plan and answered any questions I had. The results - I have a new canal that is truly a work of art and my crown remained fully intact. Even more impressive is the lack of pain after the Novocain wore off. The Gentlewave system made a huge difference in my recovery compared to root canals I had a couple decades ago. 24hrs later and I feel no tenderness or pain. I will happily return to this practice should the need arise again.

The office staff were absolutely wonderful. They answered all my questions and were kind. Dr. Clatanoff was thorough in explaining the procedure and my options. I really felt cared for in his hands.
