Apple Dental

From the beginning of walking in I was greeted right away with smiles and a warm welcome! The front staff were so friendly and helpful, the manager came personally to make sure the ones waiting were comfortable and if we needed anything. The dentist was very kind, answered all my questions, let me know what needed to be done and we got it on schedule very soon! I highly recommend this dentist office!

Been going to Apple Dental since around 2013 and never had issues until they got a third party billing department. Every year I pick my dental insurance based on Dr T being in-network. Somehow all of 2025 I kept being told I had large balances even though I could see what my insurance was paying Apple Dental. When I asked about my account I never got a call back with an explanation for the balance. I no longer trust their front office and will be looking for a new dentist.

I’m very disappointed with the way Apple Dental has handled my account. I’ve been requesting a refund for an overpayment for several months, but my calls and follow-ups keep getting delayed or ignored. Each time I call, I’m told they need authorization from the dentist or that they’re still “reviewing” my account—yet nothing gets resolved. The overpayment is clearly reflected on my insurance EOB, but now I’m being told the refund amount is less than what was originally stated, with no clear explanation as to why. When I spoke with Nikki(office front desk), she said she would have to get approval from the dentist just to send me copies of my ledgers so I can compare and understand the difference in the refund amount. I don’t understand why I had to wait for something as simple as receiving

Best dental practice I have ever been to. My family has been seeing Dr.Thedford and staff for several years and always get great service and amazing care. We will never go anywhere else!
